Labourers/Forklift Operators

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking motivated Labourers and Forklift Operators to join a well-established client based in Yatala, QLD.

Our client is a recognised leader in the manufacturing of bricks and cement products, with a strong national distribution network and a reputation for excellence in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting production through hands-on machine operation
Working across production lines – including mixing, stacking, and general labouring duties
Preparing and maintaining cement moulds to ensure quality output
Operating forklifts to load and unload materials (for licensed operators)

What we’re looking for:
A current HRW Forklift Licence (highly regarded, but not essential)
Previous manufacturing or production experience (advantageous, but not required)
A strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to confidently pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Reliable, hardworking individuals with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
